inspired by one of our favorite bloggers, we’ve decided to compare notes on a monthly basis in hopes of staying connected with each other and sharing a bit of our more personal side with you. here goes…

currently wearing: layers. preferably the striped kind. with recent temperatures in the teens a girls gotta lay it on thick for those brisk commutes to and from the office.

currently obsessed with: yarn pom-poms. i know, weird, right!? it started with a garland and then tree ornaments and then present trimmings and on and on it goes. it’s currently out of control.

currently watching: girls. i’m late to the scene but i’m catching up at lightening speed. digging the raunch and vicariously living the single city life through these four cats.

currently reading: i can’t tell you the last time i picked up a book. free time and i are no longer friends. however when we do rekindle, i usually find myself curled up in bed while everyone else is fast asleep, ipad in hand. these days i prefer to catch up on my blog girl crushes (called out over there in the sidebar). these mamas are totally inspiring, down to earth and make me feel like i’m not the only one out there. if only we could be friends in real life.

currently loving: my kid. sometimes so hard it makes my stomach hurt!
